Here's the scan of the inked 'Martian Princess' (original intention of being 'Dejah Thoris' from the 'John Carter of Mars', but seeing as how I made up the costume and everything, I'll just call her 'Martian Princess' for originality sake).
I was going to share the hi res 300 dpi scan for others to be able to digitally color, but since my POS computer howls like a banshee and cries low memory whenever I do anything more than surf the web (only one window nonetheless.. any more and that low memory warning comes up), it added a good amount of slight one pixel distortions and white scan lines (making it impossible just to magic wand the white area outside the frame). This whole memory and howling problem has been one of the main reasons I haven't pursued digitally coloring as much as I'd like.
So, I guess whenever I save enough money to get a new ideal computer that can do what I need with no problems, I'll be able to digitally color this, and in the process clean up any and all slight scan errors my computer was nice enough to incorporate. And at that point, I'll be able to share the hi-res. In the meantime, I'll just marker color the piece and I'll upload that up here to show when it's done.
Sheesh, well, I've definitely learned my lesson with P2P programs. Even after being cleaned off (viruses as well), the computer just never runs the same again. Next computer I get, I'll never install one of those.
